Once your order with Icy Essentials has been placed and your receive confirmation, orders typically are completed within 2-3 business days. Once your order has been prepared & completed, shipping can take 5-7 business days to arrive depending on your location within the United States of America. For clients that place orders outside of the United States of America, please allow for extra time and email our customer support @icyessentials@yahoo.com with any questions that you may have.
